Paul is a graduate of the prestigious Stuyvesant High School in New York City. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Harvard University and his MBA from Columbia Business School. Additionally, he achieved a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Rutgers Law School while working full-time as a marketing executive. He is a member of the NJ Bar Association.
Paul was an admissions interviewer collaborating with admissions officers to assess candidates for Harvard University for 15 years and for Columbia Business School for 10 years. While at Columbia, Paul was selected by the Business School as a resume coach for 1st year MBA students.
Paul’s professional career highlights include strategic management consulting with Bain & Company, financial analysis with JP Morgan and global marketing with multiple Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
Paul has shared the insights he has gathered from his academic, admissions and professional experiences in a book entitled, Before During and After the College of Your Dreams: Practical Advice from a Harvard Graduate, which was published in 2003. It is available on Amazon.com and at Barnes & Noble.
Furthermore, Paul has been a sought-after guest speaker and advisor on a wide variety of academic and career development topics affecting youth and young adults at Princeton University, Rutgers University, the Korean Consulate in NYC, parent associations in NYC and Atlanta, and numerous community and civic organizations in NY, NJ, PA and WA.
